I can't deactivate it without a code, I can't uninstall it unless I deactivate it. I tried manually deleting the files in my c drive. Nothing...will I be stuck with this? btw: I have Vista which seems to be the source of my problems lately.
I'm taking the pictures at my daughter's Sadie Hawkins dance this weekend and my flash on a stand by itself is just too harsh. I also need it for outdoor senior portraits which I have this weekend too.
Thanks for the suggestions so far.
I want to get a small softbox for my SB-800 lite. I have the light stand with the flash on it...just need the softbox.
My question is....can I just get the box or do I need any accessories to go with it. I don't want to walk into a camera store not knowing what to ask for.
Just went through this whole thread. AMAZING! You've inspired me to get dressed today and take a self portrait...something I've been putting off for a while. Can't wait to see more....love your style.
I used my lens for the first time yesterday and I noticed that after I took a shot, the lens would sort of make a clicking sound and the image would...delay showing on the screen....oh boy, I can't explain it. It doesn't happen to every frame.
Ok, the lens is used so this concerns me.
Jen, what's their myspace page? There are two other bands called Loud Love...one from TX...one from Canada....just wanted to hear their sound cause I like listening to new bands.
I have a D90 with a 50mm 1.8 lens....hopefully I'll get to use it in these conditions and test it out.
mmmmm, raspberry. I bet the coffee is that "pressed" coffee. Not the brewed kind from a bag like here.
Excuse me while I go brew me some coffee and add that artificial sweetener and coffee mate artificial flavor-of-paris creamer. *sigh*
I keep losing sleep over this...I'm about to put an end to my insomnia and call Adorama to exchange my Tamron 70-200mm for the Nikkor 18-200mm VR. I'm always making split second decisions, but I'm pretty sure about this one. I have the Nikkor 50mm 1.8 and hardly used it for portraits, but that...
I just read this review comparing the 18-200 and 55-200. Price is a big difference but I like the convenience of having an 18mm at my finger tips. As for the price difference, I paid about $800 for the 70-200 so it wouldn't be a burden to me if I swapped it out at Adorama...
Would love to see some images from this lens and if you like it for portraits.
I own a Tamron 70-200 2.8 w/o VR and I don't like the size of it and I don't like using a tripod.
Wanting to sell it and get the Nikkor 18-200 VR. I know I'll be giving up the 2.8, but I'll live ;)
I shoot in RAW and upload to Lightroom 2. There I use the Auto preset and adjust from there. I usually don't have to do much to them after that. I'll upload to Photoshop to clean up blemishes, add logo, and resize.
Once I learned how to adjust the shutter speed on my D90, I noticed a huge...
