I have one of the countries best carving festivals in my backyard. 70 carvers from all over the US came. It is a fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis and brought in 212,000 this year. It is very hard to get clean shots here.

If you like these, go to the bottom of #2, there are 360-degree carvings there that took 3 months.

Love the guy in front of the mirror - very creative. Nice set except for the snake - I hate snakes.

Yes, me also, that was one of my favorites

very cool
Their craftsmanship is incredible. They have a 30-minute speed caring contest for the public, it is surprising what they can in such a short time

Great stuff. Lots of diversity.,
Diversity to no end, this year the cartoon genre carver was not there, he has a great sense of humor, I have older images.

Those look amazing.
Far more so in the real wood Jim. this is only the third thing I have shot this year.

If you think these are good, go to the bottom of #2, there are 360-degree carvings there that took 3 months and will make your mind wonder how? I guess I put them in the wrong order.
