The 18-200 VR lens is currently in stock at ePhotoCraft if anyone is interested.

They're a tad bit more than "normal" at $777.99.

The link to this lens is ePhotoCraft

  4. ePhotocraft is a wonderful place to shop. They are a brick and mortar (several stores in D.C./VA area) and also sell on the Internet. I've purchased my 200vr, Mark III, and numerous other high end items from them. I've also sent several Cafe members there and they've also been impressed with the service. You can call and ask for Eldar, a very pleasant and helpful guy.

Agreed. Have had terrific experiences dealing with them.

Not sure why MD2595 felt otherwise. Even the ResellerRatings he referenced are over 9.7 lifetime for them, and all but 1 comment were "Very Satisified".

I only saw 4 reviews in the last 6 months and usually that minimal amount of feedback isn't indicative to an active seller. My apologies if that isn't the case.

I've usually found Resellerratings to be quite a barometer when it comes to spending my money on camera toys.

When it comes to sending $500-3,000 on a purchase, you like to know that you're going to get what you bought. I tend to err on the side of caution when it comes to the 'net because there are so many schiesters out there online.
