Just returned from a trip to Washington DC, tried my hand (and I do mean hand holding) at Night Photography. Wished I had brought my tripod along on my trip. I had never tried shooting night before so this was way out of my comfort zone. However, the monuments and White House are beautiful at night.

I especially like 2,3 and 6. The light is focused on the subjects and firmly establishes them as the main element in the photos. How high an ISO did you use?
