20-35mm/2.8 @ the park

Discussion in 'Lens Lust' started by reignmkr, Sep 12, 2008.

  1. After work, took the girls to the park. Little did they know that I wanted to play outside as well. Thanks to Phillip Ino, this beauty was delivered at lunch today. Some quick shots at racked out at 2.8.

  2. Hey Randy

Cute kids....How do you like that 20-35 so far?? I missed out on one for 635.00 that was in Montreal. I think this would be a great addition to a full sensor body.........

    Ted
  3. I like the way your thinking Ted. While I am nowhere near purchasing a D700 or D3, I would like to be ready when I take that inevitable leap.

I think the 20-35/2.8 is great thus far. My first lens with a 77mm thread in addition to a rotating front element. Not as heavy as I first thought and well balanced with my D200.
  4. You are off to a great start Randy. I saw your WTB ad and was wondering if you had managed to pick up a copy of the lens. Enjoy!
