I like the colors and, Judith, is it a reflection of the new building in the window of the old one?

It appears to be a reflection of yet a third building that is directly across the street from the old building which may be picking up some color from the original "new" building.

Week 18--We are back from a month in Wyoming so I will catch up with shots from that trip. We travel with a tiny 13 ft. trailer. This was breakfast on the third day.

Week 19--two abstracts from Yellowstone

Still catching up. In week 19 we were in Yellowstone National Park and I got enamored with the endless abstracts around me. The scenics were great, too, but I have chosen two abstracts to represent this week.

Week 20--Patrick Draw Road--during week 20 we were traveling in south central Wyoming. The opportunity for good scenics is incredible. I have chosen this one to represent that week. Patrick Draw Road goes through BLM lands filled with oil and gas fields. It is 50+ miles of dirt road, at times a little exciting driving!

Week 21 - Following the track

This week we were hiking in SW Wyoming at Flaming Gorge. Interesting country! Didn't know what to do with the sky here. Could have replaced it or eliminated it, but chose to let it stand.

I have just looked through your lovely gallery of images for the first time. Very impressive and an inspiration to those of us that don't have your motivation. I have always said that the pursuit of photography makes us see the world from a whole new perspective and you truly prove that axiom. Well done.

thank you for taking the time to view my 2017 images. It makes me happy to know someone has viewed them! The 52 week challenge is a good motivator but having an audience is nice too!

6 miles in is Otter Falls--usually a splendid waterfall--This time it was nearly dry. So time for abstractions from this monolith!

Week 32--Comfortable Curves--A cell phone photo with minimal post processing--still focusing on initial capture this year. Recently took a workshop from Lee Varis on 10 channel workflow and found it interesting though I did not use it on this photo--more applicable to more colorful subjects!
