Pumpkin aglow. Glass beads reflecting light from over my shoulder. Spooky!

Very cool effect - worked out great!

Keeping with the Halloween theme: magic potions ☠☠☠
Our youngest son was born on Halloween all those 39 years ago. That day still has special meaning for tricks and treats and spooky decorating. Our favorite time of the year.

More white stuff! Nice comp, love the muted colors. (We are still in the mid-80s day and mid-50s night-time here in SE AZ...)

Apologies for catching up so much at one time.

Thanks to everybody that commented so nicely on my recent photos. Snowed again last night into today. I was only able to get e few photos taken before heading home.
This one is a little desolate but nice proportions with just a dusting of snow flakes hanging in the air. I always have referred panoramic when doing landscapes as this is how I see them in my mind as I compose.

John, Thanks! Photos with snow, especially on sunny days is tough, but the Z6 has excellent DR so post is not quite the challenge as it used to be. Trees got tricked by the early snow so lots of green leaves still hanging on.

Thanks Nick and Phil. While I love the mountains and the shore, there is something special about the rolling landscape of the Midwest prairie such as it is. Mostly farm fields nowadays.
