28mm embraces the summer

    Having a lot of fun with the 28mm, it's just great lens. I love how you can get a lot in the shot without bending everything out of shape. Scanned with my new Epson 4490, it just makes the experience complete. Yes, I'm addicted to shooting film, and my wallet will just have to take it :)

    These are from last week. I shot a roll and a half on a BBQ (other half should be in tomorrow, yay!). The camera raised some eyebrows, but appreciative ones. A friend of mine shot some with his Konica Minolta 7D (with a 50mm), was nice to compare cameras and different styles of shooting (he likes to get real close, I don't ;) ). By the way, I know it has a bit of a color cast, but I like it this way :)

    Some fooling around with the auto-exposure (this was close to a minute). I guess you can get punchy color even with cheap film :)

    Nice shots, I'm glad you're making progress with the FE.

    The 28 ais really is a good lens. I look forward to seeing many more of your images with it.
