  2. Gorgeous lighting! What eyes........!!!!!

If this was your second image from the camera, I can't wait to see what you can do when you actually learn how to use it.

    Beautiful shot

If it is a camera, Charles can shoot it...:>))))))
  4. I must have missed the purchase, what is the camera. Nice shot of Amanda with great skin tones.
  5. Nice... I missed it too... what body did you pick up?
  6. Wow, one of your best Amanda. Mastering things in your second shot is just not fair

    Well done Charles.

Thanks everyone. I have shoot in this light before with the D2x and wanted to see if there really was a difference. There is.

Time will tell. Its a different brand from what I normally shoot.

HA HA. If only that were true. Thanks for the great compliment.

    Would I do that?:D evil:

It was shot with......... [drum roll]

Fuji S5 with the 28-70 at 2.8 and natural light. Shot RAW and processed with ACR. Camera was set for 400% dr. Still playing with that. Nice to have a body that isn't as picky about glass as the D2x. I would not shoot the 28-70 on the D2x wide open.

Much to learn. Going out to shoot some flowers in hard light to see what happens.
  13. Very good Charles, the S5 gives some nice skin tones for sure.
  14. I was afraid you were going to say that

One of these days (when the prices come down) I plan to try one...

Don't! It is like the 105DC. Once you try it, you will want it.

I'm sure I won't be around when they get to 55.

I thought about getting a D50 for IR but that got put on the back burner for now.

Wonder what it would do with the 105DC or 30/1.4??? :D evil: [evil laugh]
