The osprey shot had terrible lighting. I was very surprised I was able to hold the details as well as I did. LR4 saved me.

Very nice. #1 could be either a Black-capped or a Carolina Chickadee, the best way to distinguish them is by voice, however there are a few minor things to help tell them apart. The Black-capped has white edges on the outer wing coverts, which aren't visible in this photo. The area under the eye for the Black-capped is a larger white area, this bird is almost lacking white. Finally the bib edge on the Carolina is "neater" appearing, as in this bird. All things being equal, I'd vote Carolina.
