  3. Hey Mike...
Some really nice shots with this great lens... Good job...
Just because the lenses get older doesn't mean they stop performing...
BTW... Love "D.I.F."... Must remember that one... LOL...
Great shots of your Lab... Last one is a ripper...

  6. Oh yes here are two portraits with the D3 and this EXTREMELY underrated lens. I have two of them they are about $120 on Enbay Mint, supernice range with the D3 and it does very well on the D2X as well. I use it for Weddings and such.

    NIKON D3    ---    120mm    f/8.0    1/125s    ISO 1400

    NIKON D3    ---    85mm    f/8.0    1/125s    ISO 1400

  8. I really enjoy borrowing this lens from my brother in law. The AF has a hard time keeping up with fast moving kids but when I autofocus it correctly then the results are very worthwhile.

I used the MF 35-135 as my standard zoom on my F3T "some" years ago.
Still got thelens, but not used it much on Digital.

I've been looking for one of these (push-pull variety) for quite a long time. Unfortunately I don't have enough cash at the moment, however I have lenses to trade. If anyone has one and would like a trade let me know.

Great photos in here btw. Makes me want it more.
  13. Just got one of these from a friend who's getting rid of her film gear, Traded 3 bottles of wine for it. On my D300 seems to work only in A mode, and have to change aperture manually, but seems to work well optically.
