Hi all.
Been a while since posting here. Having problems with Photobucket and linking.
Let's see if these show up now at least.

Used the 50mm f/1.8 Nikkor and a Soligor 1.7x TC for 85mm reach, coupled to a Kenko extension tube to get a bit closer.
I quite like the newfound perspective of 85mm.

C&C is jolly fine if so inclined :))

Rgds.

Not seen you around here for ages Kevin, but it's nice to see that you're back on top form. Images 1 and 2 are particually impressive.

Hi robert :)
Been outta macro for quite a while I suppose. Got a new (2nd hand) Sigma 100-300mm f/4 so being getting mileage and practice out of it.
It does work nicely with a tube coupled, so new possibilities abound :)

Yes they are !
thanks Jan!
I need to test drive the Sigma 100-300mm f/4 to get some nice dragons or damsels, but our local municipality have decided to remove all the wild grasses etc around the perimeter of our local pond, so they have devastated an entire ecosystem in the process! Hopefully it grows back.
