all I have to say was the gym was the worst of the season for lighting..I had to bump up my iso to 3200 1st time all year and i have to say wasn t to impressed with what I got today...so here are a few...

Not bad the last two are underexposed and hence they seem duller and noiser than the rest, push your expousre if you nail the expsoure you will decrease noise 3200 on the d700 should work liek a charm

Yeah 3200 is no problem when exposing correctly. Last weekend I was floating around 5000-6400. This weekend I'll be at 10000 all weekend and the prints will still look pretty good.
