Is there a significant difference between the 60mm macro with "D" on the barrel and one without the "D"? Difference in value?

Non D lenses usually sell for a few dollars less. The D means that the lens transmitts the focus distance to the camera body. To my knowelege, no camera's EXIF reports it though. Automatic flash units do, however use the information for '3D Matrix' metering.

Thanks for the answer. I looked on Bjorn's site and he does not differentiate between them so thought I would ask.
