Along with my 12-24, this lens is in my light travel kit, it always amazes me at what it can do. The KenkoPro 1.4 is a very nice match. When I've used it on my 300 and compared it to the TCE, I really don't see any difference.

I love the 80-200(2R) + 1.4x TC combo...
Great IQ and still sharp even wide open at 200mm...

I was @ 4.5, really bright day, some could very as I was doing 4 stop comps.

Yup, it looks like crap IMO. Very soft and lots of CA if shooting wide open. Its better at f/6.3 and decent by f/7.1

I have with the 2R and the Kenko Pro 2.0 and had decent results at the track. It even autofocused. The Kenko did not work well with the AFS version that I tried.
