A face only a mother could love

I believe this to be a Juvenile Yellow Crowned Night Heron, not a very cute bird to be honest, caught this guy down at Bear point hiding in the mangroves, on the Friday before the weekend shoot.

Well it might not be very cute but it sure has good balance both technically and physically. Lighting on the bird is great.
