Hi Guys,

Not as impressive as the bridges in the states, but the best we got! :)

Hope you enjoy. These are the "Forth Road and Rail Bridges" in South Queensferry.

Whether the bridges are impressive or not is irrelevant (although these look like nice bridges to me) - your pictures of them are fantastic!

Hey now, #6 is world famous. I've seen it on several television shows on bridges and engineering marvels. And welcome to the Cafe. The wife and I are regular travelers to Scotland. We're heading that way again (Edinburgh) in late June 2009. Maybe you can join RonnieS and me for a joint shoot then?

Thanks for all the lovely comments guys! Rich, thought they only put those shows on TV here in Scotland :)

I live about 4 miles from these.

Gary.

We'll be there in any case. I've never made it up to Arthur's seat. I'll bet the view is grand.

Arthurs Seat is great I guess. Amazing how much you take things for granted when you have had access to them for 28 years!!

Remember your rain coat. Height of summer, and we had THIS today:

Very nice work, your choice of lighting is excellent.

I have only been to Edinburgh very briefly, however it came across a very pleasant city.

I recognise the 1st street, as I walk through it maybe 4 times a week! The 2nd shot? Haven't a clue!! It's not in EDI is it?
