A few from today (1st post with images)

  1. Today our photo arts club was invited to visit this very lovely private garden. The gentleman who owns the garden is 94 or 95 years old and his wife is 90.

Here are the pics (I hope - since I've never done this before). These were taken with my coolpix 4500 which, on those rare occasions where I do everthing right, excels at close-ups.

Also, I would be interested to know if you think these are oversharpened. Thanks

  2. Well, I guess the images didn't come through. I'll try this:

  3. Still not working. Perhaps someone could let me know what I'm doing wrong. However, I've got to leave it for now.

  5. Maybe this will work

Thanks for trying Frank. Those weren't mine but I think I know what the trouble is. I should not have tried it late at night I guess.

    So hopefully...

  6. Nikam, it appears you are only hitting the Img button once per image link. Each img marker needs to be balanced by a / img marker at the other end.

So, click the Img button, paste the link, then hit the Img button again and it will add it for you.
  7. Thanks Beezle. I figured it had to be something fairly simple that I was doing wrong.

So here goes once again (not sure if I need the .jpg but I think so)

  8. Nice shots Dennis!! Your first shot is amazing!! :D  :D  :D
  9. Thanks Daniel. The baseball pic wasn't mine by the way. My typing skills leave a lot to be desired!! I tried to remove it but it was too late.
