A few from today

  1. Well the weather was perfect today for the first time on the weekend in a long time...but I had a bunch of yard work to do, so that I may go out and shoot tomorrow, was able to finish off the 1658 chores before the sun set so I was able to hang out with my little friends for a bit. Looking forward to leaving the house to shoot tomorrow :lol:
    Here they are all taken with the D2H and the 300 f4 and 1.4 tele

    Great shots Mike. I like them all, but you are right, this is a neat pose for a Robin. I like the glowing beak from the backlight.

    The last one is a hoot.... :lol:

    Nice collection of birdies Mike. The Housedfinch is my favorite. :)
     
  4. Very nice images Mike, the robins beak glows nicely in the sun. I like the goldfinch best of all.

  6. Thanks all, I am hoping some new species will come around I just bought a hummingbird feeder sure would like to give that a go this summer
