  1. My uncle was in town this past week and I took him up to the top of Mt. Lemmon. Here are a few from our drive up:

    These are some beautiful sunset & night sky pictures. How did you get to capture so many stars over a brightly lit city? Wonderful!

  5. Thank you all for the comments. Heiko, The lighting was just right to get the stars and the city lights to come out. The exposures ran from 20 to 30 seconds for these shots. You can tell that the sky was getting darker in some images because the city lights seem to get brighter. I was exposing for the sky mainly so this variability in the city lights is an artifact of that process. I'm glad you like them.

    Although the rest is also very good no 4 is the best by far

    Gotta go with the crowd, #4 is great. Windy Point? Those rocks look familiar.....
