  1. Had soem really nice light this morning so was back out front, I promise that unless I capture a new bird this will be my last post fo these little guys.
    all taken with the D2H and the 300f4 and 1.4 converter

    Mike you used this beautiful morning light spot on. The birds look absolutely gorgeous.

    I tried to post a reply to you earlier and when I hit the submit button , the whole forum went crazy. So just finished a good clean up etc.

    Now lets see if I can get this post to you on your "magic" photos.

    Dont know what it is, but all your shots of the Dove are marvelous!! Beautifully done, as usual!!! Hopefully Florida will challenge you a little.LOL............watch the gators :wink:

    All I can say is WOW :!: :!:

    These are some seriously great shots. Maybe you should quit your day job, and do a book on small birdies. :D  :D 

    I expect you to teach us everything you know at the Merritt session. :mrgreen:

  10. Give your feeder a while and try to keep the tree rats away, besides you have sandhill cranes walking in your front yard.

    Thanks I had a dozen or so doves in my front yard yesterday, and I will be watchign out for the gators for sure

    thanks Frank it is easy when they sit and pose for ya, you don't know how much I am looking forward to coming down to Merritt in 10 days.
