Thanks all of you for viewing, the building and I assume the train is owned by a realty company in the yellow building. It does appear that the train is in the process of being restored, I think it is more of an exterior renovation vs. a complete functional restoration. There are still some trains that run through the neighboring town of Middletown, CT (hometown) but I don't believe any go thru Cromwell at all. I liked the color a lot myself, it really stands out from the road.
