A Flower Grows

  1. I was driving on the road on Grandfather Mountain, in North Carolina, when this moss covered tree caught my eye. It was not until I approached the tree, that I noticed the one, little, yellow flower peaking out from underneath the tree's roots.

  2. Good eye! And that moss is very interesting, almost forms the shape of a body with legs on the bottom.
