A model bridal shoot at the beach

An online bridal dress company gave me a sample dress to shoot with and my friend Alanah was willing to be the model. We dodged rain and probably laced the dress wrong but I think it turned out good being just the two of us newbs at the whole bridal dress thing. This was a combo D3s/70-200 and D300/18-200. These are more or less quick edits for the proof gallery so they are not cleaned up.

Nice images. Too bad the bridal shop didn't give you an engagement ring for the model to wear for the shoot.

Looks odd to have a bridal portrait without a engagement/wedding ring on the finger.

I like #'s 1,6 and 10. That last one seems too surreal.

Thanks everybody. We had a great time with this shoot. She was a trooper and wanted to wait out the storm to see if the sunset would be any good. The wait payed off.
