A Protea and some blades of grass

  1. A couple of pics from downunder.

    Saw the protea on a Sunday walk and just had to snap it.

    This next image is some type of water grass and fiddling with filters gave me this result

    43542384.

    Both with the D100 and a Tamron 70-300. Hope you enjoy

    Love the first one Phil (second one isn't bad either....;-)). I for one, would like to see additional shots of the protea.

    Both are quite interesting but the first one is excellent! Love to see new plants from (for me) far away places.

    Love the first one...I've never seen a protea of that coloration...only the reddish-orange type...when you get the time, i too would love to see more.
