a quick Pelican..

  1. shot with the brick and 300 f4 with 1.4x handheld. Cloudy day. Wish it were more of an angle that he approached me with, and some blue skies would have helped.

  2. This angle does give you a chance to study the aerodynamics of this bird even though it might not be the best from a photographic standpoint. Good capture.

    Nice capture! you and that combo were made for each other! You got to figure out how to link all your exif data into your pics :wink: This way we can see how your pulling it off and share the wealth :D

    One day I'll have to figure out how to put the exif in a border. Dont have the time really. Even now, my wife was admitted again to hte hospital last night, and should have surgery in a day, so this is from work.
