A quick shot...

Discussion in 'Merritt Island II' started by Backdoctor, Jun 3, 2005.

  1. Got to meet with the Crew: Frank, Harry, Kevin, Gale, Linda, and we adopted a Canonite visiting from New Orleans, Brian.

Took hundreds of shots, but in my hotel room chimping and getting ready for dinner. Mary and I are in Jacksonville now for her Scrapbook convention. But here's a quickie. It was overcast all day, dull colors, but no shadow.

    Outstanding!

He's in a rather odd squished position though, but still an awesome shot!

It's a mating display. Thats what they do, and make some weird noises too.

Mating position or whatever, it's downright weird. But I guess we humans do some pretty strange stuff too. :D  The feathers on this guy, and the detail you were able to capture, are really impressive. Nice job!
