A Rare Portrait Session...5 Year Old Boy

Very nice set of pictures.....Great job!!!

My cousin asked me if I would stop by to take a few photos of his five year old son. It's very rare that I take photographs of people. The last time I used my strobes was back in June. But, I thought it would be a good opportunity to practice with them.

Here are some from yesterday's session. All photos captured with the D800 and the 24-70 or 70-200. Most photos are lit using one Einstein stobe as the main light and another to light the background. For fill, I used a large piece of white foam board.

For someone who doesnt take photos of people very often, you do an excellent job.

I find it difficult to take portraits. These images blow me away, really!
