Excellent use of frame within a frame, William!
To me, the reflection on the right is an added bonus, opening up another layer.
I think I would darken the object inside on the left.
That little radiator/heater reminds me of one very cold night in small town UK. I managed to get the bed near it and the blanket over the heater and me. I kept the heater warm.
Beautiful contrasts and framing!
Great picture - and welcome to the Café.
Thank you all for the comments. After many years of film shooting believe it or not this was my first experience with digital. A rented D610 and my old nikkor lenses made for an interesting experience on a trip to Paris.
Welcome to the Cafe William. I like the reflection on the RHS very much. I hope you will like shooting dijital as there are a lot of possibilities to be creative by using different softwares.
Welcome aboard, very nice shot!
Thanks, this appears to be a very constructive forum and I appreciate the critical comments.
Thanks Wade, I appreciate your comment.
Thanks, I really appreciate the feedback.
Welcome to the cafe! Love the shot so many different perspectives in it, the reflection in the open window is my favorite part of the image.
Thanks for the critique, I appreciate your comments.
Really an Outstanding image!
I think that if you were to decrease the overall exposure/brightness about 5%~10%, the left side would darken some and the contrast/blacks in the center frame would be better as well. That would also improve the definition of the clouds against the sky too. win-win.
Thanks, I have not had much experience editing but will try your suggestions.
