A suprise in a weeds puff ball

I was shooting flowers with my macro lens when I spotted this big 2'' puff ball. I took a few shots of it but when I processed the photo's and zoomed in on the center of the puff ball the pattern was beautiful. INHO

could be. I might be wrong but it is 3 feet off the ground and Dandies I always thought were small and close to the ground. A muntant?

I might be wrong in my identification...OTOH, I have dandelions that tall in my yard with all the rain we have had.

Your's looks like it has stars shining inside. So beautiful
