A walk in the woods

    A friend asked for pictures of a path... Quick shots with my D40, 18-200 VR, hand held. Next time I think I'll use my tripod!

    Phil, for some reason, I'm not getting the first one. I do like the content and composition of the path image. However, I think I'd give it both a little brightness contrast and some saturation contrast. This would help emphasize the differences between the closed areas of the forest and the infiltrating sunlight. It would also give your colors a little more pop [hate that word:frown:]. Note: saturation contrast can easily be overdone:smile:
