Was going to do some serious solo shooting today but Lorrie expressed interest in coming out and enjoying the beautiful day so we decided on the zoo. It was a high harsh sun today so here is the first part of our trip a mixed bag of animals and birds

Wow Mike! That's another fantastic animal series coming from you. Do you ever have any missed shots, by any chance??? ;-)

Btw, if you guys can use a $5 discount when signing up to smugmug, let me know (I get $10 when somebody does, and this paid for my renewal this year!)... :D

Mike,

Every time I think that I'm getting to be a pretty good shooter, I see one of your posts and I come back down to reality....

You need to quit your day job and do this full time. They are that good. ;-)

Frank

Mike, I too spent some time wandering around your galleries and if you are not actively trying to sell you images you are missing out of a sure bet. Get a booth at the next street fair and put them puppies up for sale. Simply wonderful images.

I always look forward to your shots Mike. You and Yves have a similar look. Love the work. I was going to pick a favourite, but they are all great.

Mike,

Do what Jim F did; go to some of the local framing shops, the local art society, photo clubs, art galleries, and take a portfolio with some of these shots. I don't see how they can turn them down.
