Adobe Photo Downloloader - how to turn off

Part of the Photoshop Elements 3.0 Suite

I brought it a while back and dont use it much now - how can I stop the auto-downloader starting everytime I connect my D2X to the computer ?

I dont want it to run when I attach my camera to the computer.

Go to START > RUN and type 'msconfig' > OK.

Look for the offending program in the startup group or services and uncheck it. After rebooting, it should no longer run.
