I received an email from Adorama advertising their workshops and upon close inspection, they look really enjoyable and worthwhile. For those of you that are familiar with these, I'd like to know what you think of them or if you've heard anything about them.

I'm trying to decide between "Understanding Exposure" with Bryan Peterson
(http://www.adorama.com/catalog.tpl?op=WS_BPeterson_091408)
or "Photowalking in Lower Manhattan" with Joe DiMaggio.

For an enthusiastic beginner, what would you recommend? (Based on experience or otherwise)

no, but i was thinking that this would essentially be the live version of that book.
then again, because of that, it might be dumb to spend money on that when i could buy the book and go out on the photowalking tour.
