Advice for Printing on Aluminum?

[Hope this an OK Cafe forum for this ques. Please point me to the right place if not.]
Are their any photo adjusting tricks recommended for printing on AL (in LR+Dev, PS, etc.)? I've only done my own paper printing on my Epson 3800 Pro until now. AL prints are not cheap compared to DIY paper, so I would like to get the source right before trying it.

Often the print shop will have advice that they are willing to share.

I've not made any special changes before sending off files for printing on Aluminium. I generally use a Fujifilm lab for my printing as I prefer their colours, another reason why I also use Fuji cameras amongst others.
