I replaced my Linksys wireless router with an AirPort Extreme yesterday. One of the main reasons for doing so was to be able to share my R2400 between my Mac Pro, MacBook Pro and a PC via a USB connection on the router. Installation went fine, and printing is great from both Macs, but desperately slow from the PC. It almost feels like the computer is spooling a line of text at a time . . .

The printer was (re)installed on the PC using the Bonjour printer wizard. Otherwise, the new network is working very well. Ideas???

Well, for reasons best known to itself, printing from the PC is now running at normal speed . . .

But although I can see the Mac from the PC, I can't see the PC from the Mac . . .

Thanks Bill - I can always rely on you . . . Actually, I think that this time, the problem lies on the Mac side . . .
