You are right, but Dutch sailors would have the habit of saying "alle hens aan dek", often shortened to "alle hens" - which is of course a loose interpretation of "all hands on deck".
Looks like a pretty heavy job, rowing that boat -whew !
Tanks a lot Frits and yes i was a sailor many years ago,but windmill was as we Dutch say er als de kippen bij LOL.
