Amanda in IR

Discussion in 'People' started by cwilt, Apr 20, 2007.

  1. Charles, this is such an interesting shot...

I think what gets me is that I'm thinking it is a "middle-of-the day" shot because of the brightness...but then I see her shadow on the back of the fence, and I realize that it must be late in the afternoon (or early in the morning), and it's just the IR that is causing the light to be so bright...

I must have looked at it for 2-3 minutes...it really caught my eye...I normally don't like IR shots of people, but I do like this one...

    Well done...

Thanks John. I do find IR very interesting. Shooting pictures with invisible light.

The image quality isn't bad considering it came from an antique 3.3 megapixel Olympus P&S that I hacked up a conversion for. Printed a nice 8x10 from it.
