Nice shot. Several years ago I was able to do a "Fly-Along" as a guest medic with the air ambulance service from University of Chicago Hospital.

Thanks Jeff. Is it a charitable thing there too or state funded?
It is funded by the bill one receives from them. The cost is covered by insurance. The last I heard it was a minimum of $4000.00 USD and goes up according to what supplies were used and the amount of flight time.
