Disclaimer: I am no birder nor wild life shooter, some shots are heavily cropped, color saturation is somewhat lost due to web and photobucket.

Except for the cat shot (24-70), others are shot with 70-200 VR. I used auto-area AF + continuous-servo AF for the BIF shots (completely forgotten about the 51 points (3D-tracking) dynamic area AF. :Curved:) . AF works fine, I'm rather happy with this camera's performance so far .

    Pretty kitty

It seems the camera handled BIF well. I am a not wildlife photographer either, but they look good to me.
  3. Looking Good!

I really like the cat shot, Head is sharp and in focus and the body just melts into the frame. Oh, OH so nice!
    And at ISO 5000. Wow!

Thanks, Auto ISO is one of my most used functions now.

LoL, no animal is hurt in these tests though.

I can finally say this camera + lens combo tracks faster than my eyes now.
