not as good as the green heron shot but notice how the Little Blue speared his frog
Well, we were going to have 'frogs legs' for dinner but now think we'll switch to beans and rice...
Great shot, Harry. You're always there with your camera at the right second.
I think that this is an excellent shot. Well exposed and very sharp.
How are you liking the new cam?
I think the herons will be grateful that you're not competing with them for their supper.
Thanks for the kind words. I'm at the Wetlands so often I luck out every once in awhile.
Thanks alot Frank. I'm still feeling my way around the D2H but I'm loving what I'm finding. I've never had a camera that felt so good in my hands.
Well, I haven't held that many cameras, but my H sure felt like what I always expected from a great camera. 8)
Looks like you are learning your new D2H pretty quickly (as predicted by your truly....;-)).
WOW, that frog is huge!! Poor frog!! LOL!!
That Little Blue had a tough time getting it down but he managed. The blue SOB went behind some bushes to finish his meal so I couldn't get a decent shot of the conclusion.
Whenever I see pictures like that I think off this old funny cartoon.....
Good stuff as usual. That is just amazing.
Gee I never see them being so exciting.
I went out to Viera today, but not a good time. Around 1:00pm. NO good. I got a Snowey with a little fish and a Little duck with a mouth full of grass...lolol
The little greens were really skiddish. Saw several.
I might go out in the morning if it isn't cold.. :>))
That is a great pic. :>)))))
Thanks. My secret is getting out there 3-4 times a week. Just by the law of averages you gotta see somehting interesting once in awhile
Anytime your schdeule is free and you want a shooting buddy give me a call.
OK, I would like to see her give this frog the Reznik flip.
