Another macro flower shot

    The 55mm f/2.8 Micro-Nikkor lens and SB-21b macro flash are both a fine combination on the D200..

    Nice image, I can make out induvidual grains of pollen.

    Is this the 55mm F2.8 AIS lens? How do you like it?

    Yes it is the AIS version. It is now my primary macro lens and I enjoy using it..
  4. this is a good attempt at trying to isolate the stamen colyn. Mbe a tighter crop at right to get rid of the bkgd petals that we can see there?
