Thanks Mitchell! I keep the plants near my front gate so I can find some of the hooks. These are the good months. In the summer I think the curly tail lizards eat the caterpillars.

Thanks Dudley! I can sit and wait from 20 minutes til a couple of hours before the chrysalis begins to open. If it is a smooth emerging, it should take no more than 5 minutes from the first crack til the wings start to straighten and dry.
