Another pricing question.

I generally shoot motorsports and related events as a photojournalist for publication. This time, however, I have a client who wants some events shot commercially and I'm not totally sure where to start with pricing. The client is the sponsor of a race car in a major series and is bringing their big buyers out to several races, and the primary focus is taking strong candid pictures of those buyers in the pits/paddock and making prints to present to those guests later, with the secondary but still important goal of capturing the car itself and the driver in action. I'll be flying to the events and staying overnight in hotels so it's a pretty major job and that will probably affect pricing.

I can figure out my overhead and my hours to some degree but where to go from there is new ground for me.
