With my vr 70-300 reach, I thought I will do hand-held shots. But Dave Dickerson was kind enough to lend his 300 f/4 with Nikon TC 1.4. Here are some of my captures:

Oh Sam! These are all beautiful! Certainly brings back the memories for me! Love the barn swallow! That's about the nicest photo I've seen of one! Interesting perspective on that dead tree - interesting lines! Could it be you're now hooked on birdies?
