TS Hanna cleared out just in time!! The truck show had a great day, my only nit was that most of the trucks were parked facing north, which meant I was shooting into the sun all day and the fronts were all in shade. I pushed the SB800 to it's limits and beyond trying to get enough light for fill. All shots with D2x, Tokina 12-24 w/pol. Indoor shots with D300.

  2. Kool series! I'm always fighting the sun @ shows. Nice exposures considering the conditions. The Mack AC reminds me of a truck I found as a kid. It was a Sterling winch truck that used to drag boats out of the river. The Sterling footplate below the door was a cast work of art. This truck had solid rubber wheels and was probably pre WW1. Thanks for sharing..........

    Cheers

Thanks Ted. They do have a Sterling in the museum, just not quite as old as the one you describe.
