Just purchased the Nikon P 7000. just wanted to know if there were any firmware updates for this model camera? If so, where do I need to go to check for a firmware update for my model camera? Any help would be deeply appreciated. Also, what are some opinions on the Nikon P 7000? Any input from any Nikon P 7000 owners, would be deeply appreciated. Also one more thing please, why does Nikon have such a crappy reputation for its point and shoot cameras? Even one of my friends who owns a Nikon D 90 stated that if he had to buy a point-and-shoot camera, it would be a Canon. That is definitely not too reassuring. So far, I have nothing but positive things to say about my Nikon P 7000.
