I don't know of any. All the printers I've used ask for JPEG Level 10. RAW files are probably larger than they want to deal with.
  3. Why would you want to send Raw files to the printer in the first place?

Same here since the main reason to shoot RAW is to post process the file later in order to spit out the image you're after ( jpg, tiff etc ) which in turn you can print.

Sending a RAW file to a printer doesn't make sense since a RAW file consists of the original information from the sensor, which is normally a TIF file with a bunch of XML containing various metadata. If you use Lightroom the RAW file is never modified at all and would always look like it did when you first shot it.

A RAW file doesn't look any different until an application, like NX, Lightroom, Bibble, etc., processes it. Since the idea of a RAW is to be the RAW data, those applications never process an image and store it back into the same RAW file. However, since a RAW is essentially just a TIF, you can process images and save them as high quality TIF files and send those to your printer if they'll take them.
  6. a raw file is not even a color photo, it just doesn't make any sense why you would do this other than to ask you printing service to fix it up for you before printing for you. there probably are services like this.
