Anyone Ever Shoot a Polo Match?

I'll be shooting my first polo match tomorrow, and I'm wondering whether anyone has any tips? ie - Lenses, Camera angles, subjects in addition to the actual match, etc.

I'm figuring that I'll need my longest lenses, so I'll have the 70-300VR and 24-120VR with me.

Any thoughts?

Well, I found out that polo certainly isn't easy to shoot. Fast action and much of it at quite a distance. I did manage to get a few keepers though....

7. I added a texture to this final one to try to achieve an artistic look.

All images were shot with my D300 and 70-300VR lens. Many were at ISO 1600 due t the dime, early evening light.

, That last one I thought was rain til I read you'd altered it.
Yep, very fast, and I wouldn't want to get hit by that ball either!
