I've sent email to three addresses to find a replacement knob for the one I lost. It's been a month and I haven't heard anything. Suggestions?

Did you try calling their phone number? I had success in the past calling and reaching somebody (in Vancouver B.C IIRC).

Good luck,

Thanks Ken. My cell service won't let me call Canada...really...but late this afternoon I got this email from them.

"Dear Bobby,

Thank you very much for using our products.
This product has exceeded the part retention period.
However, there are parts with scratches.
Where do you live?
Best regards,

Markins"

Sounds promising, scratches are better than what I've got, thanks again.

Which ballhead do you have that has parts that have exceeded their retention period?

Regarding the scratched parts, I would take them up on the offer. I cannot remember if they previously sold refurbished or seconds, but they looked new IIRC.

Good luck,

M10 I believe. And yes, I'll accept their offer, I really like the ballhead.
I picked up a Q20 in 2011 when the line had just replaced the M series. It is a bit concerning that parts are "past their retention period" on product such as this. I would have expected a bit more support. I still love my Markins, but this is disappointing to hear.
